Series — a (not so queer) dilemma   Leave a comment

as published on examiner.com

The gay marriage debacle that threatens far more than just the rights of gays to equal protections or the rights of the religious to religious freedoms  is far too reaching a subject to cover in a single page or post.  The philosophical and historical implications and tentacles cannot be untangled without integrating all of the premises involved into a full cohesive package. This series separates the varied parts in order to provide clarity.

Part One:  On federalism — defense of marriage act and the end of property rights.

Part Two: A queer dilemma.

Part Three: At the heart of the (queer) matter

Part Four: “Marriage” matters
